Dorothy Green's last published essay was an editorial calling for restructuring California's water management system, recommendations which have become known as "Dorothy's Law." To commemorate Dorothy's work and to foster an open discussion on the principles of "Dorothy's Law," the Watershed Council will host a discussion with participation from Heal the Bay, California Water Impact Network (C-WIN), Metropolitan Water District and The Nature Conservancy.
