| Dear ClimatePlanners, Today the High Speed Rail Authority released a new business plan, one that is significantly different - and quite possibly much better - than plans we've seen in the past. With a new focus on upgrading California's existing rail system, and a much smaller price tag, its time to take a fresh look at the future of high speed rail in California. We're reviewing the plan now and encourage you to do the same.
