The City of Los Angeles sign ordinance update

Councilmember Reyes moves to extend the ICO for 90 days and allow the
new City Attorney to review the proposed sign ordinance. This will
also provide an opportunity to strengthen enforcement provisions,
facilitate additional public input and allow further analysis as to
whether to create a sign-trade program to allow sign reduction.
