Hello Interested parties,
After significant review leading to improved language and and a 2nd CEQA addendum, I'm happy to announce that an official, finalized, signed version of the Multiple Approvals Procedural Revisions ordinance has emerged from the City Attorney's office and been transmitted to the City Clerk.
On pages 3-4 of the draft ordinance (5-6 of the PDF) and other sections, you will find the language implementing AB-208 and updating implementation of the previous SB-1185 and AB-333. Hopefully, this explains many of the questions about applicability to specific projects.
PLUM has the authority to hear or waive the ordinance before going before full council. I'll keep you posted. Please feel free to ask if you have questions.
