FYI... Billy Chun, from CRA/LA, posted a narrated 3-D urban simulation of Exposition Park/USC/Figueroa Corridor on YouTube. The 14-minute video details recent, current and future housing, retail and streetscape improvements in the area. Great visual tool to see what's happening in the area.
