1. Questions for Mayoral Candidates
a. How do we evolve into a city of great public architecture?
b. Is it a Deputy Mayor of Architecture? Or is it an Office of Architecture and Urban Design?
c. Do we follow the model of NYC with their Department of Design and Construction?
d. How can re-thinking the procurement process (even further than we managed to accomplish on the 6th street viaduct initiative) work towards building a city of great public architecture?
e. How can we focus this into a particular ask and discussion with these particular Mayoral candidates, at this time?
4. The AIA National/ DBIA Design-Build task-force versus the AIA|LA position paper on Alternative Project Delivery. Should we engage, and how?
