Following up on the joint Regional Council and Policy Committee workshop on October 6, 2011 and in preparation of the formal release of the Draft 2012 RTP/SCS for public review and comments in early December, staff seeks to present key policy recommendations associated with the Draft 2012 RTP/SCS. This memorandum summarizes our vision and key policy recommendations for discussion and policy feedback by our elected officials at this joint meeting of the RC and policy committees.
